You really never know what you will see

and this challenge is about learning to keep my camera with me to be ready to record the unexpected. Sitting near the docks, I caught these interesting moments:

Photo Challenge -- working to get back on track

Took pictures today (actually yesterday) and caught an unexpected appearance. I was taking an image called "Tree Line."

I was just amazed at such a uniform, beautiful line of trees bounding a church property in Howard County.

As I shot it from various angles and depths of field, through the lens I saw a deer.  I was so surprised I almost didn't get a good picture before it ran away.

Sometimes I forget, with all the houses, roads, and businesses, we are still very close to nature and the habitats of many forms of wild life.

Fell off the challenge wagon

Oh my, I am so upset. I wanted to get 30 days in a row of photos. But life and school got in the way. Took some photos but no time to post. Had posting time but no photo ... But the two synced today.

I call this one Space Housing. It is actually a very nice student sculpture.

BTW have been tossing clothes ... Been keeping up with the elimination challenge.

My Special Day (Photo and Elimination Challenge too)

I wasn't sure I was going to take photos today -- I had to finish up some critical things before I could leave the house and it was mid-day before I even began to consider it. And I still didn't get all the errands in. But, I did go out and my camera did too. I got some photos today that I really enjoyed.

Bird contemplation

 I saw the bird just looking around, I think trying to decide if he should catch some more sun or take a dip (and possibly a bath). It seemed worth capturing on film.

Loving the lines

I think the Choptank River Bridge has very beautiful lines. And when I can get a good angle ... I love those lines.
